Frequently asked questions
If your answer is not here, write to sales@sourcinomatch.com and we will reply within one business day.
What is SourcinoMatch?
SourcinoMatch is a B2B sourcing company supplying pure metals, nickel-based master alloys, ferroalloys and industrial raw materials from verified producers. You pick the material from the catalogue, enter your specification and quantity, and receive a quote covering price, lead time and the documents we will supply.
Can I find out the name of the producer?
No. Which producer supplies the material is commercially confidential and is not disclosed. The contract, the invoice and the shipment all run through SourcinoMatch; you deal with one company only.
Can you supply a material that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. For items you cannot find in the catalogue you open a custom request: state the material, the chemical composition you need and the quantity. We identify suitable producers and collect quotes.
How soon will I receive my quote?
For standard items your quote reaches your inbox within 72 hours at the latest. Rare metals, custom alloy compositions and very large tonnages require producer confirmation, so the time may be longer depending on the material; if it will be, we tell you within the first 72 hours.
Is requesting a quote free of charge?
Yes, it is free and commits you to nothing. Once you have seen the price and the lead time, it is entirely up to you whether to proceed.
What does "on request" mean in the technical specification?
The impurity limits and composition requirements shown are the target values being requested and are confirmed before order approval. Chemical composition, material grade, available forms, packaging, minimum order quantity and delivery terms are subject to producer confirmation. That is why we send the exact values together with the quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by material and for most items it is set on request. Write to us even if you need a small lot: for some items we can work from stock or combine your volume with another shipment.
Which documents do you provide?
A certificate of analysis (COA) is supplied with every lot. Depending on the material we also provide an EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate, a certificate of origin, a safety data sheet (SDS) and ISO 9001 certification. On request we arrange testing by an independent third-party inspection body before loading.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. You can request an analysis sample before bulk shipment. The order is not finalised until the sample and the analysis result have been approved.
Which delivery terms can I work with?
When requesting a quote you choose one of the Incoterms 2020 rules; the most common are FOB, CIF, EXW and DAP. Choose DAP and you receive a delivered price to your plant, freight and customs included.
How does payment work?
The contract and the invoice are with SourcinoMatch and you pay us in Türkiye. You do not transfer funds directly to the producer and you do not carry the cross-border payment risk.

* The 72-hour quote window applies to standard items. For rare metals, custom alloy compositions and very large tonnages it may take longer depending on the material. If it will, we tell you within the first 72 hours.
