These terms govern the relationship between SourcinoMatch, which operates the site, and the user who visits it or submits a request through it. The site covers every page published at www.sourcinomatch.com and the quote request service offered through those pages.
Nature of the service
The site consists of a catalogue presenting the raw materials and alloys we can supply, together with quote request forms. The product information, technical specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times shown are for information only.
No content on this site constitutes a binding offer. A binding price, quantity, lead time and specification arise only from a quote issued by us in writing and from a contract signed by both parties.
Requesting a quote is free of charge and commits the user to nothing.
Quote and order process
- The user submits a quote request through the site, stating the specification and the quantity.
- The request is assessed; if technical information is missing, the user is contacted.
- A written quote covering price, lead time and the documents to be supplied is sent to the user.
- Acceptance of the quote and confirmation of the order take effect through mutual written approval or a contract.
The impurity limits and composition requirements stated in the catalogue are the requested target values. Chemical composition, material grade, available forms, packaging options, minimum order quantity and delivery terms are subject to producer confirmation and are finalised before order acceptance.
User obligations
- The user is responsible for the accuracy, currency and completeness of the information given in the forms.
- Consequences arising from a quote being unsuitable because the specification was wrong or incomplete rest with the user.
- The user may not use the site in breach of applicable law, in a way that infringes the rights of third parties, or by methods that disrupt the operation of the system.
- The user is responsible for complying with its own obligations under export control, sanctions and import legislation.
Confidentiality
The identity of the producers we source from is a trade secret and is not disclosed. Equally, the user's company name, contact person details and the content of the request are not published on the site; producers receive only the technical requirements of the material.

Intellectual property
The text, images, logo, catalogue content and design on this site belong to SourcinoMatch and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Linking to content on the site with attribution is free.
Limits of liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep the information on the site current and accurate, but no warranty is given as to uninterrupted availability, freedom from error or fitness for a particular purpose. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the site.
Our liability for ordered material is limited to the sales contract signed between the parties and the terms of the quote.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. The rights of users acting as consumers to choose a competent forum under consumer legislation are reserved.
