- Identity
- The first name and surname of the contact person.
- Contact
- E-mail address, telephone number, company name, city and country.

The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. See our cookie policy for details.
How we collect it
Your personal data is collected electronically and by partly automated means, through the forms on this site and through e-mail correspondence. You provide the data to us yourself; we do not gather data from third-party sources.
Purposes of processing
- To assess your quote request and prepare a quote covering price, lead time and documents
- To obtain prices from suitable producers (your company identity is not shared with producers at this stage)
- To run the order, contract, shipping and customs processes
- To carry out invoicing and accounting
- To answer your questions about your request and to communicate with you
- To meet our legal obligations and to protect our rights in any dispute
Legal bases
We rely on the following legal bases, under Article 5 of the KVKK and, for visitors in the EEA, Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Performance of a contract
- KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): preparing quotes and running the order and shipping process, each directly connected to the conclusion or performance of a contract.
- Legal obligation
- KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(c): record-keeping and retention obligations arising from tax, commercial and customs legislation.
- Legitimate interests
- KVKK Art. 5(2)(f) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(f): maintaining commercial communication and keeping records of requests and quotes.
Who we share it with
Your personal data is transferred to the following parties, and only to the extent necessary:
- Logistics, freight forwarding and customs brokerage companies we work with (the information needed for the shipment)
- Independent inspection and testing laboratories (where requested)
- Accountants and independent auditors (invoicing and accounting)
- Public authorities legally empowered to request it (on request and to the extent required by law)
Producers receive only the technical requirements of the material. Your company name, the name of your contact person and your contact details are not shared with any producer unless and until you accept a quote and place an order.
The sourcing process may require a technical specification to be sent to producers abroad. Such transfers are made within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK and in a form that contains no personal data. Where personal data of an EEA data subject would be transferred outside the EEA, the transfer is based on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept for the duration of our commercial relationship and, after it ends, for the limitation and retention periods set by the applicable legislation. For commercial books and records this period is ten years under the Turkish Commercial Code and five years under tax legislation. Records relating to quote requests that do not result in an order are deleted or anonymised within two years of the request being closed.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, and Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR where it applies to you, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about the processing, and a copy of your data
- To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, at home or abroad
